Celebrate your heritage or opt for classic eveningwear. Cultural/heritage formal attire is warmly encouraged; black tie or elegant cocktail wear are equally welcome. Please keep footwear suitable for standing receptions and dancing.

• Call to dinner start time: 6.45pm
• Awards ceremony: 9pm
• Afterparty: 11pm
• Carriages: 1am

• Shortlisted nominees photoshoot: 5pm-6pm
• Red carpet: 6pm

Final timings and your entry barcode will be emailed to all registered guests ahead of the event. Please arrive in good time to clear security and cloakroom.

• E‑tickets will be scanned on arrival. Please have your QR code ready (phone brightness up).

• If your name changes, please notify the organising team in advance.

• The venue has step‑free routes and accessible restrooms.

• If you require reserved seating, a companion ticket, or any other adjustments, please contact us prior to the event so we can support you.

• Complimentary cloakroom available.

• Large luggage cannot be accommodated; small bags only. Security checks in operation.

Vegetarian, vegan, halal and allergy‑friendly options available if submitted in advance. If you have not shared requirements yet, please do so as soon as possible.

There will be official event photography and filming. Attendance constitutes consent for potential inclusion in event content.

Seating is allocated. If you are part of a group or sponsoring organisation, please follow your host’s instructions or check the seating plan on arrival.

We recommend public transport or taxis. Limited street parking in Mayfair (charges/restrictions apply). No on‑site guest parking.
