BLACK GIRLS HIKE

Founded in 2019, Black Girls Hike provides a safe space for Black women to explore the outdoors. Challenging the status quo, and encouraging Black women to reconnect with nature, we host nationwide group hikes, outdoor activity days and training events.

BLACK THRIVE

Black Thrive Global evolved from the work of the Black Thrive Lambeth partnership, which was established in 2016 to address the inequalities that negatively impact the mental health and wellbeing of Black people in Lambeth.

MUSLIM YOUTH HELPLINE

Muslim Youth Helpline is a national helpline and charity in the UK providing free and confidential faith and culturally sensitive support services targeted at vulnerable young people.

BAATN

The Black, African and Asian Therapy Network is the UK’s largest independent social enterprise made up of counsellors and psychotherapists helping to ensure people are afforded appropriate psychological and therapy services through training and resources.

END THE VIRUS OF RACISM

End the Virus of Racism are in partnership with Southeast and East Asian Centre and supported by the Mayor of London and London Assembly. 

BESEA.N

The non-profit organisation was founded by East and South East Asian women with the key aim to stamp out discrimination and promote positive representation in the UK. The grass roots initiative uses media, education and community to help achieve their goals.

KICK IT OUT

Kick It Out works with English football clubs and bodies to promote equality within the sport. Through education and working with community sectors, the organisation, which was founded in 1997, encourages inclusive practices and campaigns for change.

UK MUSLIM FILM


A new charity, which launched this year. UK Muslim Film sets out to quash stereotypes and ensure that Muslims are correctly represented on screen. The charity is advising institutions such as the BFI on improving representation.

STOPWATCH

StopWatch aims to tackle and educate around fair policing. Set up in 2010, to investigate the disproportionate number of black people being stopped by the police, the charity’s main aims are to promote best practice and fair policing through better awareness through research, the legal system and better support.

ESA Scotland

Scotland’s first Non-profit dedicated to mobilising democratic and meaningful participation of East and Southeast Asian people in the UK through advocating social inclusion and active citizenship whilst providing practical support and services.
