Ranjit Blythe

As the first Executive leader from an ethnic minority background, Ranjit is an incredible force for change, making a powerful impact in an industry lacking in diversity for generations. A sound, challenging and constructive empath, Ranjit’s passion has been instrumental in launching Cadent’s ED&I movement.

Under Ranjit’s leadership as Executive Sponsor for ED&I, Cadent published its first Ethnicity Pay Report, introduced an Accelerated Development Programme for ethnic minority colleagues and committed to the Race at Work Charter. She truly champions inclusivity, ensuring all voices are heard, that people are seen and empowered to make change. Through sharing her lived experiences, highlighting issues that affect ethnic minority colleagues to all colleagues, including her fellow Executive members, Ranjit is a truly inspirational leader. Always available to listen, she takes strong ownership behind the scenes in having the right conversations with all senior colleagues to drive awareness, action and vital change.
