Gurvinder Dosanjh
Gurvinder (Guv) is truly the best of his generation. His commitment, thoughtfulness and unwavering efforts have significantly improved Cadent’s culture. Epitomising our values and standards, Guv’s exceptional leadership, devotion to duty, boundless energy, advocacy for ED&I and outstanding loyalty, are an inspiration to all.
With over 10 years’ of energy industry experience, he founded and chairs Cadent’s Race and Faith Network (Embrace), being instrumental in growing it to over 350 members. He’s actively influenced Cadent to publish its first Ethnicity Pay Report and made a passionate compelling proposal for introducing an Accelerated Development Programme for ethnic minority colleagues.
Through hosting focus groups with operational teams, Guv has worked with leaders to understand real barriers to progression for ethnic minority colleagues, while highlighting the need to increase representation across all levels of Cadent. His dynamic engagement has helped hundreds, including the Board of Directors, to truly understand the topic of race.
