The judging process
Our esteemed panel of judges will meet to go through our Top 10 evidence submissions and deliberate on a winner for specific categories. We have collated various business leaders and diversity specialists for this task, and each member of the panel is heavily invested in ethnicity and the Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic agenda, both in the workplace and the wider community.
Following acceptance of a shortlisting, you will be asked to submit a 600-word evidence to support your nomination. The submission must be received no later than 9am on Wednesday 7 August 2024.
Your answers will not be shared beyond the judging panel. Judges are required to sign an NDA agreement to keep the information confidential.
