- 91 days or more prior to the event you will pay a 60% cancellation fee
- between 61 and 90 days prior to the event you will pay a 70% cancellation fee
- between 31 and 60 days prior to the event you will pay an 80% cancellation fee
- within 30 days you will pay a 100% cancellation fee

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your booking for the Ethnicity Awards, cancellation fees are payable on the following sliding scale.
